Connie Brennan

Connie Brennan, NP-BC, APRN, AGNP-BC, PHN, CANS, CPSN, CPC, ISPAN-F, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the most recognized aesthetic injectors in the United States, now partnering with SkinSpirit in Wayzata, Minnesota. She has spent over 30 years in the regenerative aesthetic and integrative health medical specialty. Connie began her career in 1988 working as a plastic surgery assistant and clinical photographer, became a registered nurse in 1994, and was one of the first nurses in Minnesota to be trained in bovine collagen (1994) and Botox injection technique (1997), years before Botox Cosmetic received FDA cosmetic approval. She is the founder and president of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC, an education-focused company through which she created and developed the patented ConnieTray, the Aesthetic Anatomy Coach flip chart, and S.T.A.R. Anatomy Posters. She serves as a faculty trainer, speaker, educator, and advisory board consultant for Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Palette, Revance, and RVL Pharmaceuticals. She has completed over 1,000 advanced courses and authored more than 25 published works. Her honors include the President's Award from the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and recognition as Top Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse of the Year. She previously served as Director of Aesthetic Medical Education for Life Time LifeSpa/MediSpa from 2011 to 2024 and served on the Board of Directors of ISPAN. She helped design the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) exam. Connie holds nursing licenses in 11 states. Patients consistently call her an artist and the best in the business.
