Our Mission

Elite Aesthetics Guide was founded to bring transparency, accountability, and genuine recognition to the aesthetics industry. In a landscape where paid placements and self-awarded titles have eroded consumer trust, we believe there should be a standard that means something — both for the patients seeking care and for the professionals who have earned distinction through their work.

We serve as an independent standards and ethics authority for aesthetic professionals — injectors, plastic surgeons, estheticians, and laser specialists — who are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while operating with integrity. Our goal is to recognize the providers who uphold the highest standards of their craft, and to give consumers a resource they can trust when the stakes are personal.

How Providers Are Evaluated

Every provider in our directory is evaluated using the WTDSC scoring methodology, a proprietary framework that examines seven weighted categories: licensing and credentials, education and technical background, advanced training, clean professional record, market presence, business longevity, and peer recognition. Each category is scored on a 0 to 10 scale, and the weighted composite determines where a provider stands relative to their peers in the same state and specialty.

Providers who score above the regional threshold are designated as Elite Listed — a recognition that they meet or exceed the standards we hold for their specialty in their market. Evaluations are conducted on an ongoing basis, and providers are reassessed regularly to ensure that our listings reflect current performance.

Peer Voting & National Rankings

National rankings are determined through a structured peer voting process. Only elite-listed providers participate — voting for colleagues in their own state and specialty during the state round, with top vote recipients advancing to a national round. This ensures that rankings reflect the judgment of qualified professionals who understand firsthand what excellence looks like in their field.

The provider who receives the most votes nationally in each specialty is named Best in the Nation and is permanently inducted into the Hall of Excellence. Rising Stars are peer-nominated providers who show exceptional promise early in their careers.

Independence & Integrity

No provider can purchase or influence their evaluation score, their Elite Listed status, or their national ranking. These are determined entirely through our scoring methodology and the peer voting process. Rankings are not for sale.

We do offer an optional Enhanced Profile upgrade that allows providers to add booking links, social media, video, and editorial content to their listing. This is a paid feature that is entirely separate from the evaluation and ranking process, and it is clearly labeled as such. Enhanced Profiles do not affect scoring, eligibility, or placement in any way.

Coverage

Elite Aesthetics Guide covers aesthetic providers across all fifty states in four specialties: injectors, plastic surgeons, estheticians, and laser specialists. Our directory is free to search for consumers, and provider accounts are always free.
