E. Victor Ross

Dr. E. Victor Ross, MD, CAPT MC USN (ret.), is a board-certified dermatologist and the director of the Scripps Clinic Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology Center in San Diego, California. A retired Captain in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps, he is one of the world's foremost authorities on laser and energy-based devices in dermatology. He has authored hundreds of peer-reviewed publications and multiple textbook chapters on laser surgery and has served on the editorial boards of numerous dermatology journals. He is a pioneer in fractional laser technology and laser treatment of vascular lesions.
