Mark Blake

Dr. Mark F. Blake, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a founding partner of Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa, with locations in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Franklin, Menomonee Falls, and Mukwonago, Wisconsin. The Milwaukee location is at 6002 North Port Washington Road, Milwaukee, WI 53217.

Dr. Blake earned his medical degree from the University of St. Eustatius School of Medicine (Cambridge, England Campus). He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was named one of America's Top Doctors by Castle Connolly, a "Top Plastic Surgeon" by the Consumer Research Council of America, and received the Patients' Choice Award. He volunteers internationally each year with the F.A.C.E. foundation performing cleft lip and palate surgery.

Illume Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa was founded in 2019 through the merger of two established local practices. It has grown to become the Milwaukee area's largest locally owned cosmetic surgery and medspa practice, with 5 locations, 8 board-certified plastic surgeons, and 142 years of combined surgical experience.
