Nicole Schertell

Dr. Nicole Schertell, ND, CCT, is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the founder and Clinical Director of Thrive Med Spa and Wellness in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She pioneered as the first student to graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a background in Pre-Naturopathic Medicine and earned her doctorate from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, in 2008. She has been in private practice since 2008, opening Vibrant Health Medical Center in 2009 and launching Thrive Med Spa and Wellness in 2018. She is a board-certified clinical thermographer (CCT) trained by the American College of Clinical Thermology and a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Thrive was the first in the region to offer Naturopathica Oncology Facials and the Hocatt, a device used for its longevity-enhancing benefits. She has extensive training and experience with bio-identical hormones (BHRT) for men and women, PRP facial rejuvenation, microneedling, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, CoolSculpting Elite, RF microneedling, peptide therapies, IV therapy, and O-shots.
