Our commitment

Elite Aesthetics Guide wants everyone to be able to find, compare and verify aesthetic providers, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as our standard for this website.

What we do

  • Text colours are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements, and text is not set below a readable minimum size.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, shows where keyboard focus is, and has a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Images have text descriptions, and form fields have labels.
  • Pages can be zoomed, and animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • We test our pages with automated accessibility tools and review them by hand when we make changes.

Known limitations

Some content comes from providers or other third parties, such as provider photos, uploaded documents and links to external websites (for example, state licensing boards). We can't always control how accessible that content is, but we will help you get the information another way if it causes a problem.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on this website is difficult for you to use, please tell us through our contact page. Let us know the page address and what you were trying to do. We take these reports seriously and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
