DR. Ashley Howarth

Dr. Ashley L. Howarth, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and one of Arizona’s leading female plastic surgeons. She specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, with a focus on delivering refined, natural-looking, and balanced results through meticulous attention to detail and personalized care.

Dr. Howarth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Texas A&M Baylor Scott and White Hospital and her plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. With nine years of dedicated surgical training in general and plastic surgery, she brings exceptional expertise to her practice.

She founded Ashley Howarth MD Plastic Surgery with locations serving patients in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Arizona. Her clinical interests include facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement and revision, body contouring, and aesthetic procedures. She also oversees Aesthetica by Ashley Howarth MD, a medspa offering advanced injectables, laser therapies, and evidence-based skin treatments guided by her surgical standards.

Dr. Howarth is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She maintains membership in The Aesthetic Society and other professional organizations.
