Kathy Taranto

Kathy Taranto is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Specialist, and co-owner of AesthetiCare Medspa and MINT Aesthetics in Leawood, Kansas. She has over 22 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and is recognized as one of the country's premier trainers in lasers and other aesthetic devices. She runs MINT Aesthetics, a full-service consulting and training business that has worked with over 2,000 clinics in the United States and worldwide. Together with her husband Matt Taranto, she has presented at hundreds of aesthetic conferences over the past 14 years, sharing their expertise with peers in the industry. AesthetiCare, which they co-founded in 2001, is one of the largest aesthetic centers in the country, ranked in the top 1% of all medical spas in the US, named a top 10 medspa by the American Medical Spa Association, and voted Best Medspa in Kansas City by KC Magazine in 2021. The practice owns 37+ FDA-approved aesthetic devices and now operates from a 20,000+ square foot headquarters. She specializes in advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, aesthetic device training, and practice consulting.
