Madelyn Pilcher

Madelyn Pilcher, DNP, FNP-C, ARNP, serves as the Clinical Director of Innovative Aesthetics Medical Spa & Laser Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She holds a BS in biology, a BS in nursing, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She brings a passion for facilitating natural beauty through advanced laser and aesthetic treatments. She has been featured on KCRG's Everyday Iowa segment discussing laser season treatments and new laser treatments for spider veins. She works alongside the practice's medical director Dr. Jason Rexroth and a team of licensed estheticians and nurses. She is known for sitting down with clients and helping them feel at ease during their visits. She specializes in HALO laser, BBL Hero, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, spider vein treatment, injectables, Botox, dermal fillers, and medical-grade skincare including the practice's in-house compounded skin brightening cream.
