Nicole Nadel

Dr. Nicole Nadel, DO, FACEP, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician, master injector, and co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Totality Medispa, with locations in Charleston and Daniel Island, South Carolina (885 Island Park Drive, Suite B, Daniel Island, SC 29492).

Dr. Nadel earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (2006). She completed an internship at St. Barnabas Hospital (2006–2007) and her emergency medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian/Queens (2007–2010). She is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians with subspecialty training in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine. She speaks English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

She co-founded Totality Medispa with her husband Stanley and also co-founded Totality Skincare, an e-commerce distributor of medical-grade and prescription skincare products. She was personally selected by Cytrellis as one of 20 world-renowned aesthetic physicians who are key opinion leaders, and was entrusted with launching the novel Ellacor technology, described as the first non-surgical facelift option. The practice has been recognized as the top provider in Charleston for HydraFacials, Jeuveau, and CoolSculpting.
