Richard Greenberg

Dr. Richard Paul Greenberg, MD, PhD, is a physician and the Medical Director of Ageless Remedies SouthPark in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he has been a trusted resource for Charlotte-area patients seeking personalized, physician-led aesthetic care for nearly two decades. He completed several years of general surgery residency at New York Medical College and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, followed by a neurosurgical residency and a PhD in Physiology at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. Throughout his academic career, he authored approximately 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in neurosurgery and physiology and served on the medical school faculty at the Medical College of Virginia and the University of Arizona. He is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, Arizona, New York, and Virginia. He is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His love of lasers began at the Medical College of Virginia in the 1980s, when he conducted research with lasers and used them to remove brain and spinal cord tumors. He used Botox to alleviate pain from muscle spasms, and cosmetic fillers to improve the appearance of the skull following surgery. He has transitioned his extensive medical experience into the aesthetic field.
