Heather Pullium

Heather Pullium, NP-C, MSN, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the owner and lead injector at Camel City Injector, a boutique medical spa in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, also serving King, Mount Airy, and Kernersville. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and brings over two decades of medical experience. She spent 18 years in emergency medicine, progressing from ED Nurse to Director of the Emergency Room Department, before transitioning to a role as a Family Nurse Practitioner for three years. She then ventured into medical aesthetics and founded Camel City Injector. Over the past three years, she has trained under renowned injectors across Florida and North Carolina, earning the title Queen of Lips in the Triad area for her signature lip filler service.
