Shar Miller

Shar Miller (Sharlene Miller) is a Master Esthetician, certified permanent makeup artist, and the owner of New U Permanent Cosmetics and Esthetics in Fargo/West Fargo, North Dakota. She also works at Infinite Skin Aesthetic Medical Spa in Fargo. She is certified, licensed, and trained in the permanent cosmetic industry in both North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as a licensed advanced practice esthetician in both states. She created New U Permanent Cosmetics with one goal in mind: the well-being of her clients, offering affordable, safe treatments for women and men while using only industry-approved, state-of-the-art technology, needles, and pigments.
