Alfie Raes

Alfie Raes (née Symes), FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector at Utah Facial Plastics, with locations in Salt Lake City, Draper, and Layton, Utah.

Raes received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. She obtained her Medical Aesthetic Certification from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, including Advanced Botox & Filler Injection Certification, Laser Certification, Bio-Identical Hormone Certification, and Sclerotherapy Certification. She later earned her FNP degree. She has been an integral part of the Utah Facial Plastics team for over 10 years, working closely alongside founding surgeon Dr. Scott Thompson.

She has ranked in the 99th percentile for production nationwide according to Allergan data for the past five years. She is widely recognized for creating beautifully balanced lips and delivering consistently stunning, natural-looking results. In addition to her injection mastery, she specializes in wellness treatments including weight loss medications, BHRT, and peptides. She also leads RUMA-style injectable training courses at Utah Facial Plastics, educating providers from across the country.
