Bailey Pollock

Bailey W. Pollock, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Franks Dermatology in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology under the guidance of Dr. Hayden Franks. Bailey graduated with Honors from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies, where she received an award for Superior Academic Achievement. Prior to PA school, she worked as a medical assistant at Franks Dermatology beginning in 2020, giving her deep familiarity with the practice and its approach to patient care. Bailey is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, where she serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee. She is also a member of the Arkansas Academy for Physician Assistants. She is certified in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS). At Franks Dermatology, she examines, diagnoses, and treats patients and helps them find tailored skincare regimens for both medical and cosmetic skin concerns. She volunteers at Life Source International in Fayetteville and supports the House of Hope Rescue Mission in Springdale.
