Bao L. Phan

Dr. Bao L. Phan, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Institute, with his main practice in Honolulu and additional services on Maui. He graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a BS in biology/pre-med, earned his MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and completed his general surgery residency and plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. He is a member of ASPS and ASAPS and his AAAASF-accredited surgery center meets the highest industry safety standards. He was featured in Honolulu Magazine's Top Doctors and was the first plastic surgeon in Hawaii to routinely use fat transfer techniques in facial rejuvenation (since 2006) and breast augmentation (since 2011).
