Bethany Shively

Bethany Shively, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner and ExpertInjector-certified provider at CaloSpa Rejuvenation Center in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her BSN from Western Kentucky University in 2011 and her MSN and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2015.
