Brian Biggerstaff

Dr. Brian Biggerstaff, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Omaha, Nebraska, and the founder of Elysian Plastic Surgery, a concierge-level practice he launched after five successful years at Aesthetic Surgical Images. A Nebraska native, born and raised in Lincoln, Dr. Biggerstaff earned his undergraduate degree in physics from Creighton University, where he also captained the men's soccer team. He attained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2012 and completed a five-year residency in general surgery at Creighton University. He then completed his plastic surgery training at the University of California, Irvine in 2020, working alongside some of the nation's top aesthetic surgeons in Newport Beach. His time in California refined his expertise in facial, breast, and body procedures, with a focus on natural, harmonious results. At Aesthetic Surgical Images, he contributed to the practice winning Best Breast Augmentation in Omaha Magazine's Best of Omaha Awards for 13 consecutive years.
