Candace Pelfrey

Candace Pelfrey, LMA (Licensed Medical Aesthetician), is a Certified Laser Technician and aesthetician at the UK HealthCare Aesthetics Center in Lexington, Kentucky, the premier academic medical center location for aesthetic surgery and nonsurgical treatments in the Bluegrass. She was the first in-house aesthetician employed by UK HealthCare. She began her career as an aesthetician in Nashville in 2007 and is licensed to practice aesthetics in both Kentucky and Tennessee. She completed the medical aesthetics track at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, for advanced laser therapy and safety training. She has over 15 years of experience in laser resurfacing and rejuvenation, having previously served as the laser expert alongside Dr. David Cowen, where she was involved in bringing the first Halo laser to Central Kentucky. She has gained years of knowledge working alongside talented plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and skincare professionals. She creates custom protocols for clients addressing acne, aging, redness, scarring, and pigment disorders. She utilizes VISIA Skin Analysis technology. She specializes in Halo laser, laser resurfacing, laser rejuvenation, facials, chemical peels, advanced skincare treatments, and medical-grade skincare products.
