Dr. Elisa A. Burgess, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon and the founder of Burgess Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in Lake Oswego, Oregon, at 16865 Boones Ferry Road, Suite 101. She was born and raised in Portland and received her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University with honors.
