Emily Ridgway

Dr. Emily Ridgway, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Ridgway Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa in Bozeman, Montana, which she established in 2017. She has one of the most extensive training backgrounds of any plastic surgeon in the region. Dr. Ridgway earned her BA from the University of Virginia (1995) and her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons (2000). She then completed a six-year residency in neurosurgery at New York University, followed by a three-year plastic surgery residency at Harvard University (Mass General Brigham/Brigham and Women's Hospital), and a one-year craniofacial fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. From 2010 through 2017, she served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. She has been board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 2012. Her grounding in neurosurgery informs her perspective on the most minute scale, where detail matters most. For three generations, Dr. Ridgway's family has practiced medicine in the greater Yellowstone area, which in part led her to establish her practice in Bozeman. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications in prominent journals.
