Gohar Abrahamyan

Gohar Abrahamyan, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant and nationally recognized aesthetic injector. She is the founder and lead provider of Go Flawless Now, a luxury medical spa with locations in Beverly Hills and Glendale, California.

With nearly two decades of experience in medical aesthetics, Gohar specializes in advanced injectable techniques, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments. She is known for her signature “layered precision” approach to natural facial balancing, which delivers subtle, harmonious, and refreshed results that enhance each patient’s unique features while preserving their natural identity. Gohar began her career in 2003 in sports medicine and emergency medicine before transitioning to adult and pediatric neurosurgery in 2004. She entered medical aesthetics in 2007 and has since trained with leading experts worldwide. As a dedicated educator, Gohar serves as a national trainer and founder of Go Flawless Academy, where she offers hands-on training courses, cadaver workshops, and mentorship for aesthetic providers. She also developed Rx Renew, a luxury skincare line formulated to complement her injectable and rejuvenation protocols.
