Harold F. Farber

Dr. Harold F. Farber, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and the Founding Medical Director of the Center for Dermatology, Laser and Cosmetic Surgery, with offices in Narberth (915 Montgomery Avenue, Suite 204) and Northeast Philadelphia (9892 Bustleton Avenue, Suite 204), Pennsylvania. He has served the Philadelphia and Main Line area for over 30 years in medical and cosmetic dermatology. He graduated from Penn State University with a BA in General Arts and Sciences (Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society), attended Albany Medical College, completed an Internal Medicine internship, then completed his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He has been voted Main Line Top Doctor multiple years in a row, named Philadelphia Super Doctor for Dermatology, and was named one of the country's Top Doctors by US News and World Report. Channel 17 voted him best dermatologist in Philadelphia. He is a renowned speaker and sought-after guest lecturer who has lectured extensively both domestically and internationally, including in Paris, Brazil, Vietnam, and at the DASIL meeting in Asia. He has lectured and trained multiple physicians on cosmetic dermatology including lasers and Botox. He recently published a chapter in Primary Care Dermatology by Elsevier. He was honored by the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) for training their students at Farber Dermatology. He treats many patients unable to afford care and performs numerous skin-cancer screenings. His practice includes a one-of-a-kind Psoriasis Infusion Treatment Center with biological and laser therapeutics. The team has combined over 60 years of experience. He accepts walk-ins and has Saturday hours.
