Holly Casey Wall

Dr. Holly Casey Wall, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and one of the busiest and most accomplished female plastic surgeons in the country at The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery in Shreveport, Louisiana, an internationally renowned practice established in 1970 with a 17,000 square foot AAAHC-accredited aesthetic surgery center. She earned her BS in Clinical Dietetics from Brigham Young University, her MD from the University of Utah School of Medicine (1996), and completed general surgery and plastic surgery training at Stanford University Medical Center. She won The Aesthetic Society's prestigious Scott Spear Award and Lloyd Carlsen Award in 2024. Her landmark research on mastopexy augmentation, a 10-year review of 1,217 consecutive cases co-authored with Dr. Simeon Wall Jr., was published in the top journal of her field (PRS) and has set new standards for breast surgery safety and outcomes. She serves as Gratis Faculty at LSUHSC-Shreveport and Associate Clinical Professor for UT Southwestern Plastic Surgery Department. She co-mentors an Aesthetic Society-endorsed aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship, one of only 18 in the U.S. She has been invited to perform live surgeries at the Atlanta Breast Symposium and Baker Gordon Symposium. She has volunteered on surgical missions to Rwanda (where she trained local surgeons in 2023), Haiti, Mexico, Peru, China, the Philippines, and Honduras. She is Vice-President of the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves on the Goodwill Industries board. She specializes in breast augmentation, breast lifts, mastopexy augmentation, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, mommy makeovers, body contouring, otoplasty, labiaplasty, facelifts, and eyelid surgery.
