Iliana E. Sweis

Dr. Iliana E. Sweis, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the director of the North Shore Center for Plastic Surgery in Northbrook, Illinois. She earned her MD from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, completed her general surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and returned to Northwestern for her plastic and reconstructive surgery residency. She is the former President of the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Newsweek has named her one of America's Best Plastic Surgeons for five consecutive years for facelifts, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She served on Allergan's Faculty Network for advanced injection techniques. In recognition of her surgical volunteer work in the Middle East, she received Jordan's Medal of Highest Distinction from the late King Hussein I. She is also a published researcher. She specializes in facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, body contouring, and female genital aesthetic surgery.
