Karl Mueller

Dr. Karl J. Mueller, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at the Center for Plastic Surgery at Wheeling Hospital (formerly Plastic Surgery Inc.), located at 40 Medical Park, Suite 200, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.

Dr. Mueller is a native of St. Louis. He graduated with honors from St. Louis University School of Medicine (1986). He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut and a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (1995) and was elected to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also specializes in hand surgery.

He has practiced in Wheeling for nearly 25 years. Plastic Surgery Inc. was acquired by Wheeling Hospital and is now known as the Center for Plastic Surgery. He works alongside Dr. Marjorie Bush, Dr. Hector Marcano, and Dr. C. Alan Tracy, with a combined 82+ years of experience. He holds numerous certificates of advanced education in cosmetic surgery. He is affiliated with Ohio Valley Medical Center and Wheeling Hospital. He has over 40 years of experience in the medical field.
