Kevin Keller

Dr. Kevin Keller, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Augusta Road Aesthetics, located at 8 McPherson Lane, Greenville, South Carolina 29605. He opened Augusta Road Aesthetics in May 2022 after transitioning from surgical practice to focus exclusively on non-invasive aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Keller previously founded Upstate Plastic Surgery in 1999, where he practiced for 23 years. He is the inventor of the Keller Funnel, a widely used medical device for placing silicone breast implants, which he developed in 2006 and brought to market through his company Keller Medical. More recently, he developed NavaClick, a metered-dose syringe system designed to improve the accuracy of neurotoxin injections. He holds patents for both devices.

His practice team includes nurse practitioners and aestheticians, most of whom worked alongside Dr. Keller for over a decade at Upstate Plastic Surgery. Augusta Road Aesthetics emphasizes personalized year-long treatment plans and carries its own line of clinical skincare products.
