Kim Gates

Kim Gates, MPAS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant and co-founder of Finesse Advanced Medical Aesthetics in Omaha, Nebraska, which she established in 2017. She attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated in 1998 with academic distinction with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Before entering aesthetics, she worked in orthopedics performing hand and upper extremity surgical procedures. She and a previous partner opened TeBella MedSpa, one of the first medspas in the Omaha area. Kim is a regional instructor for injectables at Allergan Medical Institute and also consults with Galderma, sharing her knowledge by training other physicians, nurses, and PAs. Her reputation as an exceptionally skilled practitioner with an artistic eye for natural and age-appropriate cosmetic injection treatments is widely recognized, with patients noting her attentive care, gentle touch, and deep understanding of facial contouring.
