Larry Lickstein

Dr. Larry H. Lickstein, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder and Medical Director of Elle Aesthetic Arts & Plastic Surgery, located at 21021 Sycolin Road, Suite 001, Ashburn, Virginia 20148.

Dr. Lickstein is an honors graduate of Princeton University (1989) and New York University School of Medicine (1993). He completed a general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident in the Department of Surgery, and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (1998–2000). He spent six years on the Cleveland Clinic Florida faculty before establishing his practice.

He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (re-certified through 2031), a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Aesthetic Society and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for over 20 consecutive years (2004–2025). He was named one of America's Best Plastic Surgeons by Newsweek (Top 150 for Breast Augmentation, 2022). He is a GAIN (Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network) Trainer with over 90 peer training sessions. He has been named Top Plastic Surgeon by Northern Virginia Magazine (2018–2024), Washingtonian Magazine (2022–2023), and received DC Magazine Best Medspa in Virginia (2025). He is affiliated with Inova Loudoun Hospital, Inova Fairfax Hospital, and Stonesprings Hospital Center.
