Mary Smiley Ford

Mary Smiley Ford, MSN, APRN, CRNA, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, aesthetic injectables trainer, and the founder, owner, and CEO of Smiley Aesthetics, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee (339 White Bridge Pike, Nashville, TN 37209).

Ford has over 13 years of experience in the medical field. She began her nursing career in the Neurosurgical ICU at Vanderbilt University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Nurse Anesthesiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2014–2016). She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. She co-founded Smiley Aesthetics with Carla Pierson and scaled the business within approximately a year and a half to five med spa locations with over 100 mobile injectors across nine states.

She is one of 500 faculty trainers for the Allergan Medical Institute, representing the leading manufacturer of Botox and Juvederm. Smiley Aesthetics operates both brick-and-mortar locations and mobile injector services across the map. The company also offers accredited aesthetics training programs for RNs, NPs, CRNAs, PAs, MDs, DOs, and dentists. In 2025, Smiley Aesthetics expanded to include a cosmetic surgery center in Nashville.
