Olivia Salmen, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CPSN, is an advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner and board-certified plastic surgical nurse. She practices as a highly skilled aesthetic injector at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in Brentwood, Tennessee, near Nashville.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in biology from Lipscomb University. She began her career at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2015 as a preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative surgical nurse. After specialized training in aesthetic rejuvenation, she transitioned into aesthetic injecting. She is one of only approximately 350 Certified Plastic Surgical Nurses (CPSN) in the United States and one of only 14 in the state of Tennessee.

With more than 11 years of experience in plastic surgery and over 10 years as an aesthetic injector, Olivia specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Her services include neurotoxins such as Dysport and Daxxify, dermal fillers, Kybella, lasers, Ultherapy, microneedling, and comprehensive skincare treatments. A recognized leader in the field, Olivia serves as an international trainer, speaker, and key opinion leader for Revance Aesthetics, Teoxane, Ariessence, Ourself Skincare, and other companies. She has served on multiple advisory boards for the launch of new dermal fillers, neurotoxins, skincare products, and regenerative medicine technologies worldwide. In 2025, she was selected to travel to Australia for the international launch of Daxxify. She is passionate about educating and training other injectors on advanced injection techniques as well as social media and business growth strategies in aesthetics.

Olivia has built a significant social media presence through patient education content, and she was voted Best Injector of Nashville by the Nashville Scene. She maintains active memberships in professional organizations including the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.
