Michael Hromadka

Dr. Michael Hromadka, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the co-founder and co-owner of Mountain West Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa in Kalispell, Montana, alongside Dr. Michelle Spring. He has over 15 years of experience and has performed thousands of cosmetic surgical procedures. Dr. Hromadka received his undergraduate degree in biology with high honors from Elon University in North Carolina, then earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He completed a highly competitive 5-year residency in general and plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, where he trained under internationally recognized experts in cosmetic surgery, particularly facial rejuvenation. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He and Dr. Spring are the only plastic surgeons in the Kalispell area certified by the ABPS. Dr. Hromadka is known for his short scar techniques for breast and face procedures and his enhanced recovery protocols. He offers drain-free tummy tucks with a transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block and progressive tension suturing, an advanced technique performed by few plastic surgeons. He also has specialized training in Sciton laser skin resurfacing and is the only provider in the area offering deep laser resurfacing on the Sciton TRL laser. He specializes in facelift, eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, body contouring, Botox, Juvederm, and Sciton laser treatments. He is an active member of the Flathead Valley community and supports local nonprofits.
