Steven Grosso

Dr. Steven Grosso, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery in Billings, Montana, and a co-founder of Premier Aesthetics of Yellowstone Plastic Surgery. Born in Illinois and raised in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Grosso was the valedictorian of Jesuit High School. He attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, as an honors scholar, finishing first in his senior class and graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Biology. He received an Armed Forces Health Professions scholarship and earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed a 5-year general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, followed by plastic surgery training at the University of Alabama. In 2002, he returned to Montana to join Dr. Walt Peet at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery, where he quickly developed a large and busy practice. He is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society, the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, and the Montana Medical Association. He has participated in 8 mission trips with Smile Network International, repairing cleft lips and palates in Central and South America, Haiti, and India. He has served as an instructor in Advanced Trauma Life Support and on state Trauma Committees. In 2014, Dr. Grosso and Dr. Alan Muskett co-founded Premier Aesthetics, offering comprehensive nonsurgical aesthetic services including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skincare under the supervision of board-certified plastic surgeons. He specializes in breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, abdominoplasty, body contouring, liposuction, lymphedema/lipedema surgery, and the full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery.
