Michelle Spring

Dr. Michelle Spring, MD, is a board-certified, aesthetic fellowship-trained plastic surgeon and the co-founder and co-owner of Mountain West Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa in Kalispell, Montana, which she established with Dr. Michael Hromadka. The practice has been rooted in the community since 2015 and has locations in Kalispell and Whitefish. Dr. Spring earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha), and completed a 5-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the same university. She then completed two additional fellowship programs: an aesthetic surgery fellowship credentialed by The Aesthetic Society at Marina Plastic Surgery in Marina del Rey, California, and an international Interplast (now ReSurge) Webster Fellowship focused on pediatric cleft and burn reconstruction. She also holds a postgraduate certification from the Harvard Medical School Surgical Leadership Program. Prior to Montana, Dr. Spring spent four years practicing in Marina del Rey and served as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at USC's Keck School of Medicine. She is currently a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine in the WWAMI program. She previously served as Chair of Surgery and Vice Chair of Surgery at Logan Health in Kalispell. She was named Top Doctor for Top Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in Montana. Her extensive humanitarian work includes surgical missions to Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Ecuador, Nicaragua, India, Peru, Taiwan, and Vietnam with ReSurge and Eduplast. She specializes in breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, mommy makeover, abdominoplasty, facelift, and facial cosmetic procedures. She also serves as a medicolegal consultant for cosmetic surgery cases, focusing on aesthetic breast surgery.
