Dr. Monika Soni, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and co-founder of Ethos Aesthetics and Wellness in Morristown, New Jersey, which she founded in 2008 alongside her husband Dr. Hardik Soni. She trained at an affiliate of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is currently on staff at RWJ-Barnabas Health. She brings over 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics and laser treatments. Her unique perspective as an anesthesiologist enriches the practice with an unparalleled emphasis on patient safety and comfort. She has received advanced training in the administration of Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers and is an expert in lasers and IPL technology using multiple platforms including Candela, Cutera, Syneron, Fraxel, Aesthera, and Sciton. She is a member of the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing Ethos as a top Allergan practice, named a Top 10 Allergan Practice in the Nation and recipient of the Top Growth Performance Award. She also co-founded the Ethos Training Academy, providing comprehensive aesthetic injection training for medical professionals. Ethos has grown from a single facility in Summit to seven locations across New Jersey (Summit, Morristown, Somerville, Holmdel, Sparta, Cherry Hill, and Hoboken). The Morristown flagship at 15 Maple Avenue is a 4,000-square-foot, two-floor facility.
