Sarah Dietschi

Sarah Dietschi, NP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Pêche Medical + Wellness, located at 47 Maple Street, 3rd Floor, Burlington, Vermont 05401.

Dietschi brings over 20 years of nursing experience. She obtained her nursing credentials in 1999 and has worked in primary care, women's health, and dermatology settings. Her career took her from Boston to UC San Francisco Medical Center and then to Southern California, where she refined her skills in aesthetic dermatology and discovered her passion for medical aesthetics, mastering Botox and fillers in one of the industry's most competitive environments. She co-founded Pêche Medical + Wellness in 2023 with Kellie Malaney, PA-C. Together they bring over 40 years of combined experience in women's health, primary care, and plastic surgery. Previously, she practiced at Bare Medical Spa + Laser Center in Burlington.

Services include Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane), lip enhancement, facial balancing, BioTE hormone replacement therapy, skincare consultations, and neuromodulator treatments.
