Tanya Riddle

Dr. Tanya Riddle, MD, FAAD, is a fellowship-trained, triple board-certified dermatologist and the owner of Billings Dermatology and Aesthetics in Billings, Montana. She is the only triple board-certified dermatologist in the region, holding certifications in dermatology, dermatopathology, and micrographic dermatologic surgery (Mohs surgery) from the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Riddle received high honors at the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate BS degree in Biochemistry. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed a dermatopathology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She took over Billings Dermatology and Aesthetics in 2021 from its founder, Dr. Philip Tallman, and works alongside a staff of 23 professionals across both the dermatology and aesthetics sides of the practice. The practice, established in 2005, integrates traditional dermatology with a medical spa, offering fractional laser treatments, GentleMax Pro Plus laser hair reduction, rosacea treatment, Botox, dermal fillers, facials, microblading, semi-permanent tattooing, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare. Her philosophy emphasizes a less-is-more approach, focusing on education rather than targeting vulnerabilities. She is passionate about teen education, frequently speaking at high school health classes about sunscreen use and realistic skin expectations. She also provides outreach dermatology services across the region.
