Tay Wagner is the owner and licensed esthetician of T.L.C. Skin Esthetics Studio, a one-woman operation in Brookfield, Wisconsin. A graduate of Mequon Thiensville School of Esthetics, she has been a certified esthetician since 2019, specializing in custom facials, skincare, brows, and lashes with a focus on the artistry of beauty. Prior to her skincare career, Tay earned her license as a tattoo artist and body piercer in 2011. An eye makeup enthusiast and devoted cat mom, she brings unwavering honesty to her practice, offering only treatments and products she personally trusts and uses. At T.L.C.
