Tracie Martyn

Tracie Martyn is a celebrity facialist and co-founder of the Tracie Martyn Day Spa, one of New York's top skincare destinations located in a sprawling penthouse at 156 5th Avenue, Suite 500, in the Flatiron district. Originally from the UK, she began her career as a self-taught makeup artist in London at age 18, working with photographers Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz, and Sam McKnight, and with a 15-year-old Naomi Campbell. After moving to New York in the 1990s, she co-founded the brand with her husband Marius Morariu, a holistic nutritionist and skin formulator, after discovering microcurrent facials in Europe. They collaborated to create the proprietary Resculptor machine, a unique microcurrent device exclusive to their spa that offers instantly visible lifting and firming. A Vogue feature in 2000 resulted in over 500 new clients and a waiting list. They work with designers Tory Burch, Brandon Maxwell, and others during Fashion Week.
