Alex Sobel

Dr. Alexander W. Sobel, DO, FAACS, is a triple board-certified cosmetic surgeon and the lead surgeon at Anderson Sobel Cosmetic Surgery, located at 626 120th Avenue NE, Suite B201, Bellevue, Washington 98005.

Dr. Sobel graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (2002). He is triple board certified in General Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Facial Surgery, and Otolaryngology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and serves as the Immediate Past President of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He received the William K. Miles, MD Award, given to the physician with the highest score on the written cosmetic surgery board certification exam. He also serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Pacific Northwest University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has served as Program Co-Chair of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Annual Scientific Meeting.

Anderson Sobel Cosmetic Surgery was originally built by Dr. Stephen Anderson (now retired). The practice features a WADOH-accredited private surgical suite. Dr. Sobel was named a Seattle-area Top Doctor by Seattle Met (2018). He has hospital privileges at Valley General Hospital and is affiliated with EvergreenHealth Monroe. He has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures and has published research on intraoral filler technique and autologous fat grafting in the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery.
