Sam Naficy

Dr. Sam Naficy, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and the founder of Naficy Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation Center, located at 1110 112th Avenue NE, Suite 150, Bellevue, Washington 98004.

Dr. Naficy earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington (1987), graduating Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, and Academic All-American. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington School of Medicine (1992), graduating #1 in his class of 175 with the highest honors achievable. He scored in the 99th percentile on both parts of the National Board Medical Examination. He completed a general surgery internship (1992–1993) and Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency (1993–1998) at the University of Michigan Medical Center, followed by a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery in Michigan (1998).

He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2001) and the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (1999). He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (2003) and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Washington State Facial Plastic Surgery Society. He has been on the clinical faculty of the University of Washington for over 20 years and was one of the co-founding surgeons of the UW Cosmetic Surgery Center. He has authored numerous papers, book chapters, and a textbook on rhinoplasty. He operates from a Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery center. He is affiliated with Swedish Medical Center–Cherry Hill and UW Medicine. He speaks English and Spanish.
