Amit Bhrany

Dr. Amit D. Bhrany, MD, is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist and the lead surgeon at Seattle Face & Skin, located in Seattle, Washington. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Director of the UW Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship.

Dr. Bhrany is originally from Michigan. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and his Doctor of Medicine from Boston University, where he received the Chester S. Keefer Scholarship Award, the Dora Savenor Memorial Prize for Excellence in Surgery, and the Richard J. Elkhort Award. He completed his Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Washington, followed by fellowships in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington.

He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2011) and the American Board of Otolaryngology (2008). He has been a UW faculty member since 2008 and cares for patients at Seattle Face & Skin, UW Medicine, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, and Seattle Children's Hospital. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Northwest Medical Volunteers. He was named one of America's Best Plastic Surgeons by Newsweek (2024, facelift category) and a Seattle Magazine Top Doctor multiple years in a row. He speaks English and Hindi. He conducts research in tissue engineering and oncologic/reconstructive surgery outcomes.
