Andrew Mills

Dr. Andrew Mills, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Sanford Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Bismarck, North Dakota, at 222 North 7th Street within the Sanford Bismarck Medical Center. He attended the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, graduating with honors in 2015. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society in 2014. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. He joined Sanford Health in Bismarck in 2022. Both he and his colleague Dr. Manuel Dibildox are board certified and Mayo Clinic-trained in plastic surgery. He specializes in reconstructive microsurgery, bringing an elevated level of surgical care and reconstructive options to patients in the Bismarck region. He and Dr. Dibildox expanded Sanford's plastic surgery services to Dickinson and Minot in June 2024, traveling to these rural communities twice a month for consultation appointments. He is affiliated with Sanford Medical Center Bismarck and has published research in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
