Patrick Lamb

Dr. Patrick W. Lamb, MD, is a board-certified third-generation plastic surgeon and the current practitioner at Lamb Plastic Surgery in Fargo, North Dakota, at 1507 University Drive South. The practice was founded in 1963 by his grandfather, Dr. Donald L. Lamb, who was North Dakota's first plastic surgeon and at the time the only plastic surgeon between Minneapolis and Spokane. His grandfather also started the Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic in Fargo and Grand Forks, which continues today. His father, Dr. Donald R. Lamb, joined in 1991 and practiced until 2022, making humanitarian mission trips to Ecuador, Peru, and Haiti. Dr. Patrick Lamb is originally from Fargo and graduated from Fargo South High School in 2005. He attended the University of North Dakota, earning a BS in chemistry with emphasis in biochemistry (2009) and his Medical Doctorate (2014). He completed his General Surgery residency at UND, winning Outstanding Resident of the Year in both 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, and his plastic surgery fellowship at the Summa Health System/NEOMED Program in Akron, Ohio (2022). He is board certified in both general surgery and plastic surgery. His clinical interests include breast surgery, body contouring, cleft lip and palate surgery, skin cancer treatment, and aesthetic surgery. He has published research on intraoperative frozen section analysis for skin cancer excision. Lamb Plastic Surgery is a Medicare-approved outpatient surgery center and a member of the Heartland Healthcare Network, serving Fargo, Grand Forks, and the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota area for over 60 years.
