Arlette Cross

Arlette Cross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is the practice owner and co-founder of The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine in Pasadena, Maryland, the area's first medical spa. She co-founded the practice in 2019 with her sister-in-law Pamela Faraci. She comes from a family legacy of nurses and earned her RN degree at the age of 20. She went on to earn her BSN from Notre Dame of Maryland University and her MSN with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent 20 years as an emergency room nurse before finding her calling in medical aesthetics. The practice is expanding to a second location at Arnold Station on Ritchie Highway in Arnold, Maryland to serve patients from Annapolis, Edgewater, and Cape St. Claire. She is an advanced injector known on Instagram as @injectordoll. Clients describe the practice as a "hidden gem" and say "Arlette is the BEST!!" and "helped me look 10 years younger." The family-owned medspa focuses on anti-aging, wellness, and weight management. She specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, bio-stimulators, PRFM, microneedling, facial peels, PRP, laser technology, medical weight loss, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and peptide therapy.
