Courtney Sykes

Courtney Sykes is a licensed esthetics instructor, skincare educator, and the founder and Chief Administrative Officer of Southeastern Health & Wellness Institute, a nationally accredited postsecondary education institution located in Columbia (Lexington County), South Carolina, on a 30-acre campus.

Sykes specializes in cosmetic chemistry and laser physics and takes a science-based approach to esthetics education. Under her leadership, Southeastern Health & Wellness Institute has become the largest wellness education facility in South Carolina, accredited through the Council on Occupational Education with governing agencies including the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the SC Commission on Higher Education. The institute offers programs in esthetics, advanced esthetics, cosmetology, massage therapy, nail technology, clinical medical assisting, micropigmentation, and cosmetic laser.

She has served on the Task Force for the SC LLR Board of Cosmetology. She is a published contributor to Dermascope Magazine and the author of The Skin Boss, an educational skincare resource. She is also the founder of Courtney Sykes Molecular Anti-Aging, a science-based skincare product line distributed globally. She lectures at national trade shows across the country on esthetics science topics.
