Jessica Cooley

Jessica Cooley is a licensed esthetician, licensed esthetics instructor, and international award-winning skincare professional. She is the owner of LAYERS: Skin Journey in Lexington, South Carolina, and the founder and CEO of Skin Wand Pro.

Cooley entered the esthetics field as a military spouse after her husband, Chief Master Sgt. Scott Cooley, neared retirement from the U.S. Air Force (Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina). She earned her esthetics license and opened LAYERS: Skin Journey, where she specializes in corrective skincare and oncology esthetics. Her journey into oncology skincare was inspired by her father's stage IV melanoma diagnosis in 2016.

Within three years of launching her career, Cooley became a five-time finalist at The International Skin Games and won the Spirit Award. She developed Skin Wand Pro, an at-home nano-channeling device, during the 2020 COVID shutdown. In 2024, she was presented with the New You Beauty Award for "Ageless Beauty" by Dr. Perricone and received the Gurus Award for "Best of Tools and Tech." She holds multiple advanced certifications in medical esthetics and is oncology-esthetics trained. She has been published in multiple beauty and lifestyle magazines and also serves as an esthetics instructor at Bella Beauty School in Columbia.
