Erica Chowning, APRN, FNP-C, is the owner and lead provider of Vibrant Med Spa in Crestwood, Kentucky, located less than 5 minutes from Louisville. She created Vibrant Med with a vision to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment with a "modern farmhouse" feel where patients could find the best version of themselves. She is certified with advanced training in aesthetic injectables including neurotoxins, fillers, and Kybella, as well as laser treatments and Ultherapy. She oversees all operations and personally trains her team. The practice's Club Wellness program provides medically supervised weight loss with personalized coaching and support, including BioTe hormone therapy, IV hydration, and nutrition. Vibrant Med expanded its facilities in 2022 to accommodate growing demand and added CoolPeel and Subnovii treatments. The practice draws patients from Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and beyond.
