Erin Courtway, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, master aesthetic injector, and the founder and owner of PRISM Aesthetics in Rogers, Arkansas, with a second location in Fayetteville. Known professionally as "The Rainbow Injector," she is nationally recognized as one of the She serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Benev and Prollenium. Erin has been a nurse since 2013, with a clinical background in ER, ICU, medical surgery, and pharmaceuticals. She became a board-certified nurse practitioner in 2020 and has over seven years of advanced aesthetic injection experience. She has trained under world-renowned experts including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, and Dr. Tom Van Eijk, and has completed seven cadaver labs for advanced anatomical study. She also trains other aesthetic providers across the country through Be Her, an injection training platform. She founded PRISM Aesthetics with a vision of creating a welcoming, diverse, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered and confident. The practice has grown to employ 15 team members across two locations.
