Frank Fechner

Dr. Frank Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Worcester, Massachusetts. Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, he earned his MD from the University of Freiburg Medical School and received a prestigious scholarship from UMass Medical School. He completed a surgical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital, a four-year Harvard residency at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary focused on surgery of the face, head, and neck, and a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at NYU Medical Center.
